Eat Normally, but only Drink Water
Drinking water for a month is not the biggest punishment ever, but it is not very exciting either. Yet it is definitely worth trying. Only drinking water for a month can have a very positive effect on your health.
It is probably no surprise to anyone that it is important to drink enough water. Water cleanses the body and ensures that it runs like a well-oiled machine. Yet we often drink coffee, tea, soft drinks or dairy products instead of water. Of course there is nothing wrong with that, as long as you do it in moderation, but it is certainly a good idea to drink nothing but water for 30 days.
Drinking nothing other than three liters of water a day for four weeks doesn’t have to be very difficult. In addition, you can simply continue your normal eating pattern! After a month, you notice that your body has transformed.
These are the consequences for your body:
1. Your metabolism works well: after a month you see that you no longer suffer from blockages or a bloated stomach.
2. You will probably have lost some weight because your metabolism works better and you get fewer sugars because you leave the dairy and soft drinks on.
3. You look better: if you drink 3 liters of water every day for a month you see wrinkles become less deep; the skin becomes less dull and your puffiness disappears.
4. You feel better: drinking lots of water is not only important for your physical health but also for your mental state. If you drink a lot of water, you can concentrate better and think better. You are more productive and you feel better.
